Research and Development Projects
2008 to present: Contracted Northwestern University to conduct Atomic Research and verification at all levels with 24 elements of the periodic table using Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), Piezo Force Microscopy (PFM), Magnetic Force Microscopy (MFM), Thermal Force Microscopy (TFM), Scanning Force Microscopy (SFM), Scanning Probe Microscopy (SPM), Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM), and Neutron Diffraction (ND) via the United States National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
2000-2008: Designed, Developed, Tested, and Commissioned to build through Custom Manufacturing and Repair an independent professional third party industrial equipment manufacturer the Patented Mendezation Apparatus that has been used for the professional research conducted by Mendezized Metals Corporation.
2006-2008: Contracted the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Tissue Culture Facility to conduct in vitro research with Mendezized Sugars; Mendezized® Salts; Mendezized® Cooking Oils; Mendezized® Distilled Water; Mendezized® Tobacco cigarette strips; Mendezized® Eagle Media; and Mendezized® Flavored Drinks, Pancreatic cells Insulin binding, Cord Blood Stem Cells, HIV Immunization, Cancerous cells chromosome counts, Metaphase cellular doubling counts, and Epstein Barr Virus Immunization.
2005-2008: contracted the University of Kentucky at Lexington to prepare professional valuation reports for the monetary value of the Mendezation Process and worldwide collection of royalties when applied to Commercial Dairy Products and Commercial Tobacco Products.
2007: Contracted The California Institute Of Technology to research, conduct, and prepare a report in X-Ray crystallography on Mendezized® Salt crystals, versus X-Ray crystallography on normal Salt crystals.
2006: Contracted Louisiana State University Audubon Sugar Institute to recrystallize Mendezized® Sugar cane crystals dissolved in water, and also to recrystallize Mendezized® Salt crystals dissolved in water.
2006: Contracted The California Institute Of Technology to research, conduct, and prepare a report in X-Ray crystallography on Mendezized® Sugar cane crystals, versus X-Ray crystallography on normal Sugar cane crystals.
2006: Contracted The University of Minnesota to research, conduct, and prepare a report in X-Ray crystallography on Mendezized® Sugar cane crystals, versus X- Ray crystallography on normal Sugar cane crystals.
2005: Contracted Applied Consumer Services an independent Lab Facility approved by the FDA to conduct research, and in vitro analysis for Mendezized® Sugars; Mendezized® distilled water; Mendezized® Milk; Mendezized® Wine; Mendezized® cooking oils; Mendezized® Flavored Drink; Mendezized® Tobacco products, and Mendezized® drinking alcohols.
2000: Contracted the University of Kentucky at Lexington to prepare a report that would calculate the timeframes; manpower, and research and developments costs to develop from scratch a process that can replace worldwide the ancient Pasteurization Process that has not been innovated in 140 years.
Raphael Cuadros, age 42, has worked sixteen years for Progressive Insurance Company, representing the company as a Senior Specialist/Corporate Representative in deposition, mediation, arbitration and trial. During that time, he created the large project procedures, trained team members in litigation handling, negotiation techniques and medical coding. He negotiated settlement of lawsuits at various stages of litigation including large exposures related to special projects. He also created and oversaw the first statewide provider network for Progressive Insurance Company resulting in significant savings and avoidance of litigation. He maintains an All Lines Insurance License in the State of Florida. Mr. Cuadros received his Bachelor of Science from Cornell University in 1994 during which he worked as a research assistant in the Department of Agriculture and Life Sciences. He received his Master of Health Service Administration from Florida International University in 1997 with a concentration in Risk Management.
Gilbert Gazzia, age 58 has held a number of roles as a Web Developer, Instructional Designer and Manager. His prior roles include Vice-President of Training Systems at Merrill Lynch overseeing the computer based securities exam training for all brokers and sales assistants. He also managed the development, implementation and maintenance of Merrill Lynch’s e-commerce site. Mr. Gazzia has been a Project Manager at ICF International and Intelligent Decision Systems, Inc. creating web based training and certification modules for the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, U.S. Navy, Naval Postgraduate School and the Naval War College. Mr. Gazzia is currently the E-Learning Developer at Bisk Education. Mr. Gazzia received his degree in Computer Programming from Control Data Institute in 1978.
